Returns Policy


You can return any item purchased from NORRGGEAR up to 30 calendar days after the date of purchase.  

Costs for returns

Customer pays return postage charge.  The charge will depend on the service provider you select. We recommend a reliable service provider like the Royal Mail. For high value returns we also recommend you use a recorded service as we cannot guarantee any returns.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

You can return an item up to 30 calendar days after the date of purchase for an exchange. We only exchange an item for a like-for-like item if it is defective or damaged. 

Refund eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a returned item, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. To complete a return, we also require your receipt of purchase.

Refund Policy and 1-Year Glove & Mitten Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

If you buy a pair of leather gloves, mittens and/ or overmitts, and discover a material or workmanship defect after the end of the 30 day refund period your 1-year manufacturer's warranty still applies.


If the item was purchased as a gift on your behalf please ask the gift giver to apply for a refund or exchange. We can only send a refund or exchange to the original gift giver as a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund or exchange and refunds can only be repaid into the original gift giver's bank account.

How to return or exchange an item 

To return or exchange an item please follow these three steps:

  • first notify us here that you wish to return or exchange an item,
  • add your order number as proof of purchase when notifying us, and
  • send the item being returned to address…

Tracked returns shipping

If you are returning a high value item, we strongly recommend you use a tracked or recorded service as we cannot guarantee any return shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will then inspect the item and email you confirmation of the inspection.

If the item is unused, in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging, a refund will be issued. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

If the item is used, not in the same condition you received it in and/ or not in the original packaging, a full refund may not be issued. Instead, we will email you to explain the reason why a refund has not been issued. If this occurs, we always offer all customers the option of keeping the returned item pending payment of the standard postage charge.

How long will it take to process my return?

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your return or exchange to reach us will vary. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your return. We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to 14 days for a return to be processed.

How long will it take to process my refund?

A refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

When a refund is processed, we take into account any promotion code and delivery cost deductions applied to the original purchase price. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first contact your bank and credit card companies as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
